Dan Ohman currently serves as Vice President of Welcome Life Securities. Dan is an experienced business professional with excellent organizational and management skills. His extensive experience includes managerial roles in administration, operations, compliance, underwriting and provider management. Dan has been a leader in the life settlement industry since 2000.

Dan began his business career as a Series 7 and 63 registered stock broker with Olde Discount Corporation in West Palm Beach, FL. He subsequently worked as a business analyst and operations manager at the Walt Disney World Company. In 2000, Dan joined Welcome Funds, Inc., one of the nation's leading life settlement brokerage firms where he serves as Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.

As VP & COO of Welcome Funds, Inc., Dan's primary responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of relationships with Life Settlement Providers, supervision of the underwriting, negotiations and transactional closing processes. Dan is also responsible for Welcome Funds' licensing process.

Dan currently holds life or producer licenses in 47 states and is a Registered Principal holding the Series 6 Investment Company/Variable Contracts Representative, Series 26 Investment Company/Variable Contracts Principal and Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent licenses.

Dan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami in 1995 and his Master's in Business Administration in 1997 with a concentration in Finance and Strategic Management.
